- Which rooms stayed comfortable—and what evidence supports that account?
- What maintenance was expected, and what came as a surprise?
- How have materials weathered?
- What would the owners and design team do differently?
We will distinguish owner experience from measured data, give project teams an opportunity to explain the decisions, and avoid treating one winter as a complete performance record.
